Return and Refund Policy for QRMENUE

This Return and Refund Policy ("Policy") outlines the terms and conditions for refunds related to the subscription services provided by Webcypher Technologies (OPC) Pvt. Ltd.("We," "Us," "Our") for our QR code menu system and Kitchen Order Ticket (KOT) software (the "Service"). This Policy applies to restaurants, cafes, and other food and beverage businesses ("Restaurant," "You," "Your") that subscribe to and use our Service.

1. Scope of This Policy

This Policy exclusively governs refunds and returns pertaining to the subscription fees paid by the Restaurant for the use of our Service.

This Policy DOES NOT cover:

  • Returns or refunds for food, beverages, or any other products/services ordered by Diners through the QR menu. All such transactions and associated refund/return policies are solely between the Diner and the Restaurant.
  • Any physical hardware or third-party services that may be used in conjunction with our Service, but are not directly provided or billed by us.
 
2. Software Service Refunds

Our Service is provided on a subscription basis. We aim for your complete satisfaction.

A. Eligibility for Refund:

  • Initial Subscription Period: If you are not satisfied with our Service within the first 7 days of your initial paid subscription, you may be eligible for a full refund of the subscription fee paid for that initial period. This applies only to your first subscription to the Service.
  • Service Unavailability/Major Defects: In the unlikely event that the Service experiences prolonged and unresolvable downtime or a major defect that prevents its core functionality, and we are unable to provide a reasonable solution within a reasonable timeframe, you may be eligible for a prorated refund for the unused portion of your current subscription period.
 
B. Non-Refundable Circumstances:

  • After Initial Period: Refunds will generally not be issued for subscription fees paid beyond the initial 30 day satisfaction guarantee period.
  • Partial Usage: No refunds will be issued for partial usage of a subscription period.
  • Termination for Breach: If your account is terminated due to a breach of our Terms and Conditions, no refunds will be issued for any unused portion of your subscription.
  • Change of Mind: Refunds are not provided for changes of mind or if you simply decide not to use the Service after the initial eligibility period.
  • Third-Party Issues: We are not responsible for issues arising from your internet connectivity, device compatibility (beyond our stated requirements), or problems with third-party services (e.g., payment gateways, internet providers) that are not under our direct control.
 
C. How to Request a Refund: 
To request a refund, you must contact our support team at info@webcyphertechnologies.comor +91 8951895193 within the eligible refund period. Please provide:

  • Your Restaurant name and account ID.
  • The date of your subscription.
  • A detailed reason for your refund request.
  • Any relevant supporting documentation (e.g., screenshots, error messages).
We will review your request and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within [Number] business days.

3. No Returns for Software

As our Service is a digital software subscription, there are no physical products to "return." Any reference to "returns" in a general sense within this Policy refers to the termination of your subscription.

4. Diner-Restaurant Transactions (Food/Beverage Refunds)

It is explicitly understood that QRMENUE is a software provider and is not involved in the direct sale or delivery of food and beverages.
  Restaurant's Responsibility: The Restaurant is solely responsible for all aspects of food and beverage orders placed by Diners through the QR menu, including but not limited to
Food quality, preparation, and accuracy.
Pricing and billing for food and beverages.
Handling all Diner complaints, disputes, returns, and refund requests related to food or               beverage orders.
No Liability for Food/Beverage Issues: We shall not be liable for any claims, damages, or losses arising from food or beverage orders, their quality, accuracy, delivery, or any refund/return requests made by Diners to the Restaurant.
 
5. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Return and Refund Policy at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy.
