A. Information Collected from Restaurants:

  • Order Data: We process order details, including items ordered, quantities, special requests, table numbers, and timestamps. This data is essential for the functionality of the KOT system.

B. Information Collected from Diners (via Restaurant's use of the Service):

  • Order Information: When Diners place orders through your digital menu, we collect the items ordered, quantities, special requests, table numbers, and timestamps.
  • Device and Usage Information: We may collect non-identifiable information about the device used to access the QR menu (e.g., browser type, operating system) and how the menu is interacted with (e.g., pages viewed, time spent).
  • Payment Information (if applicable): If our Service integrates a payment gateway and Diners make payments directly through the menu, we may process transaction details. However, we typically do not store sensitive payment card information; this is handled by third-party payment processors.
 
2. How We Use Information

We use the collected information for various purposes:

  • To Provide and Maintain the Service: This includes enabling QR menu display, order placement, KOT generation, and real-time order management.

These providers are obligated to protect your information and use it only for the purposes for which it was disclosed.

  • Data Deletion: You may request the deletion of your account and associated data, subject to our legal and contractual obligations to retain certain information.
  • Diner Data: Diners should contact the specific Restaurant directly to inquire about their personal data collected via the QR menu, as the Restaurant is the primary data controller for such information.

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not operated by us. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.
