This Software Service Delivery Policy ("Policy") describes how Webcypher Technologies (OPC) Pvt. Ltd.("We," "Us," "Our") provides access to and delivers our QR code menu system and Kitchen Order Ticket (KOT) software (the "Service") to restaurants, cafes, and other food and beverage businesses ("Restaurant," "You," "Your") upon successful registration and subscription.

1. Service Activation and Account Creation

  • Immediate Activation: Upon successful completion of the registration process and, if applicable, the initial subscription payment, your account for the Service will be activated automatically and made available for immediate use.
  • Account Creation: Your dedicated Restaurant account within our Service will be created instantly upon successful registration.
2. Delivery of Access Credentials

  • Email Delivery: Your login credentials, including your username (which may be your registered email address) and a temporary password (or instructions to set your password), will be sent to the email address provided during the registration process.
  • Security: For security purposes, we recommend that you change your temporary password immediately upon your first login to a strong, unique password.
  • Responsibility: You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your email address during registration and for maintaining the security of your email account. We are not liable for any unauthorized access to your account due to compromised email accounts.
3. Access to the Service

  • Web-Based Access: The Service is a cloud-based application accessible via a web browser on compatible devices (e.g., desktop computers, laptops, tablets, smartphones). No software installation is required on your local devices.
  • Internet Connectivity: Access to and proper functioning of the Service requires a stable and active internet connection. We are not responsible for service interruptions caused by your internet connectivity issues.

  • Training (Optional): Additional training sessions or personalized setup assistance may be available depending on your subscription plan or as a separate paid service.
5. Service Updates and Maintenance

  • Automatic Updates: The Service is continuously updated and improved. All software updates, enhancements, and bug fixes are deployed automatically to the cloud-based platform, ensuring you always have access to the latest version without manual intervention.
  • Scheduled Maintenance: We may occasionally perform scheduled maintenance that could temporarily affect Service availability. We will endeavor to provide advance notice for any planned downtime.
6. Data Storage and Security

  • Cloud Hosting: Your menu data, order data, and Restaurant account information are securely stored on our cloud servers.
  • Data Protection: We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
